Posted by Brian Stigall on 19 February 2025 02:54 PM
  • Edit any form
    • Add field or fields that will become a global form
      • ex: HTML for disclaimer
      • Get field fully ready as you'd like it on all forms you will be adding it to
        • Columns, formatting, styling, etc...
    • Make field a global field
      • Click the "Globe" icon on the field(s) to make it a global field
  • Add to other or all forms
    • Admin Panel > 220 Settings > Form Fields > Global Fields (tab)
    • Click "Arrows" icon to add to forms
    • Check boxes for forms field should be added to
  • If different versions of field are needed (for styling differences between forms, ex: centered image style forms vs normal text field forms) you can add the field to any form, edit it, then make it another version of a global field to be added to different forms

*** Once a global field has been added to a form, it will become a local entity on that form if you edit it ***
