Best Practices for Adding Listings to your 220 Marketing System

The 220 Marketing system comes with the capability to add Real Estate listings to your site. Most potential buyers will look at a property listing before getting pre-qualified, instead of discussing their financing options with a mortgage professional. We recommend that you use these Real Estate listings to help draw in potential buyers and then get them prequalified.

What Types of Listings to Add

  • Properties of Realtors You Work With
    • Upload properties where the Realtors you partner with are the listing agent. Help them market the property to bring in additional buyers and interest. As the mortgage professional, you can help people get pre-qualified for that home before passing that lead along to the Realtor.
  • Sold Listings
    • Upload the properties that you helped your clients purchase. You can leave off the street number if it makes you feel more comfortable. Use the property description to go over the lending scenario you used, along with any challenges that you helped the borrowers overcome. These are great examples to share and by using the real estate listing capability you can create a great showcase for others.

 

How to Add

Your system has 3 very easy solutions to add new listings to your site. You don’t need to play web designer, all you need to do is add in the property information, hit save and you will have a real estate listing on your site. You can generally pull the real estate listing information directly from your realtor’s website.

  1. Log directly into your 220 Admin Panel from your desktop, laptop, cell phone, or tablet.
    1. Find Partners on the menu, and then select “Create.”
    2. Fill in the person’s name in the title, select a category and fill in the rest of the information.

  3. Create a login for your realtors to add the properties themselves to your site. (Partners)
    1. Log into your 220 Admin Panel and find the Partners tab on the menu.
    2. Select Partners again, and then select “Add Partner.”

Important Information to Include

Use the property’s street number and street as the title (ex. 1234 Test Street). You can add up to 10 images for each listing, make sure you do not skip this step as images are an extremely important part to make this effective. Fill in as many fields as you can. Don’t leave something blank as each section is meant to be completed. Add a description to their profile, you can copy and paste this from the Realtors listing.

 

How to Market

Once you’ve uploaded a real estate listing it’s time to market it and leverage this feature of your 220 system. Start by sharing a link for one of these listings to your social media channels once a week. Start with any listing you want and work down your list. Once you’ve promoted each one, start again. Here is a sample caption that you could include when sharing the post: Check out this new listing from REALTOR in CITY STATE. It’s a 4 bed 3bath and perfect for a family to grow into. Make sure to tag or notify the person whose listing you are promoting so that they can see you are helping them with their business, and this will encourage them to promote you as well.

Once you have gotten this process down, you can start including one of these listings in your Newsletter and/or Email Blasts. All you need to do here is include the reason why are you sharing the listing and then include a link to the profile on your website.
