Create Newsletter for 2.0 System first, we will be copying over many elements from this version

Build the legacy newsletter off the Mortgage example, we don’t have industry specific ones for this system

We may have more articles in our HUB newsletter than legacy, this is okay.

1.  Pull up preview of New Monthly Newsletter
2. Go to Intra >> Tools >> Modify Default Newsletter Content
   1. Scroll down to the bottom and click “edit this newsletter”
3. Titles can be copied from HUB
4. Pictures can be replaced by right clicking on image from new monthly newsletter and clicking on “Copy Image URL”
5. Replace text intro copy with what is now in HUB
6. Update link text to match
7. Links can be pulled from HUB
8. Go to Marketing Tools >> Newsletter Articles and right click on the preview link to copy the URL
   1. See example:
      1. https://hub.my220.com/index.php/newsletters/article/preview?id=163&previewonly=1
   2. Remove the last preview only portion of the link, final version is below:
      1. https://hub.my220.com/index.php/newsletters/article/preview?id=163
9. Replace this URL with the existing one
10. Hit confirm at the bottom – this will push everything to all accounts
